Coworking per seat range starts from as low as INR 5,000 per seat and move upwards till INR 40,000 per seat. It varies from location and building infrastructure. Metro Connectivity also plays a very important role here. In our view Coworking is the key to next office space culture. Post Covid, organisations have downsized and taken up Coworking spaces in different parts of NCR for scattered and flexible work patterns, which we call as Hybrid Work Place environment.

The basic difference between a Coworking space and a Business Center is - Coworking spaces offer more colloborative spaces as compared to a typical business centre. However, the licence terms are almost similar.
