To phrase it very straight, the operator or lets say the service provider offers a price as low as INR 5,000 per seat the only reason behind it is that either he has a revenue sharing model with the Landlord or the Landlord has done the fitouts already and after some customization its being operated by some Indian player.  You may find a lot of such spaces in Udyog Vihar and few other locations on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. 

Global players in this domain usually quote between INR 12,000 per seat and upwards till INR 35,000 per seat. But their services are all hassel free and one just start the work on day one itself. If required, you can also use the space on trail basis and get your self satisfied before thaking it up for a longer tenure.
